As the premier waxing for men salon in San Francisco, Waxing 4 Men was created in 2010 by Steve Crovo. An expert in men’s grooming, Crovo has been working within the beauty industry since 1991. He started his career when he opened the Prisms Salon in the heart of the Castro District.
For nearly 25 years, Steve and his staff have been honing their skills waxing and offering facials for men. Crovo has even offered classes teaching other estheticians the art of waxing for men.
In 2005, he took an opportunity to expand his skill set and learn more about the beauty, wellness and spa industry. An apprenticeship in Palm Springs allowed Crovo the opportunity to refine his men’s grooming skill set and learn more about the beauty industry. After he returned to his beloved San Francisco, Waxing 4 Men was opened in 2010. 2016 marks the year he opened the Walnut Creek location.
